Matthew 10:16 16 “Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.
The Shepherds Place Church declaration for the Year 2017:
Go in my name and do this two things
- Make disciples be an epistle
- Influence your world
In order to achieve that two things you need to:
- Perform your tasks with excellence (in all fields of your life)
- Make Christ known
However, you need to know that the world is filled with wolves and there are strategies you need to apply dealing with them:
- Be as wise as serpents and harmless as doves
- Be careful as you go out and be aware of wolves (the people who want to harm you)
- Do Not: If you cannot beat them join them.
