The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”

Why does God test?

  • God tests everybody whether he/she is accepting his ways before God promotes the person.
  • God promotes those people who he can trust.

Can God trust you? Find the 9 ways God tests:

  1. Test of Love and Priorities (Matthew 10:37, Genesis 22:1-2;)
    • Do you love God the most?
    • What priorities does your job or your children have in comparison to God
  2. Test of Money/Finances
    • Do you pay your tithes ?
  3. Test of Little things
    • David was tested whether he can take care of his father sheep
  4. Test of other man things
    • Can you be entrusted with the possessions of other people?
  5. Test of problems and difficulties
    • Do you seek help from God or other authorities when you face problems?
  6. Test of delay
    • What happens if you blessings are not coming immediately.
  7. Test of human popularity
    • What happens if you get popular, will you ignore God?
  8. Test of failure /limited success
  9. Test of Gods silence
    • What will you do if God does not speak ?

Summary: Gods tries to find out whom he can trust by testing you. We pray that you pass that tests and God will promote you !
